BMW K1200S v ZX10R

Greetings all
2 years on a BMW K1200s and time to change .
Had have problems with the K , new clutch, new discs all round (twice), new ABS and front suspension, when it's going it's great but...
So I'm thinking of going back to Kawasaki.  3YEAR % finance plus akras sounds a good deal to me
but what is the  ZX10R like.
I do 12-13000 miles a year and it needs to reliable .servicing can't be any more expensive than bmw

depends on what you are looking for really it's a full on sportsbike so not like a Beemer, obviously everyone here will say that it's brilliant.
