I know in a small way on how you feel James, just use mine for trackdays now, I like the road but not so much for hooning but just having a nice ride and going somewhere (bikeshops, race meets and beauty spots) but the thing is so damn uncomfortable that I can't be arsed to go out and only spend 10-15 mins on it without getting pains from spreading my little legs to sit on it. I need a grow bag.

well having just bought my gsxr1000k8 and throwing a load of wonga at it i feel its time to sell it because all the guys i used to ride with have all given up bikes because of there wives moaning at them and my new mates that i have ridden with are now giving up riding on the road because it seem's there bikes are all of a sudden to big for them(yes jay you lol),i love trackdays but they do cost a shed load of money and its the tricking  bikes up and going to the local bike meets that i love but if no fucker wants to come out anymore whats the point ??

ive just spent the last 3 days on mine, riding to loughborough and back, having a blast with me mates to melton and the bsb at donny and guess what??................... i enjoyed every single last min of it! cant wait to do it again this weekend and then take her to the tt in aweek there,s just something about biking especially on the 10 which i could never get bored with.

I agree teh bike is not boring I just feel every time I go out I'm watching for the cops and don't enjoy it as much as I used to. Racing is the next step but can't afford it.

similar here for the first time ever for me in 30 years of riding bikes.

I've enjoyed every minute but now it seems that the chance of jail for a quick blast of speed just isn't worth it any longer 

Today on my way to go mountain biking i saw too many police cars and a speed camera van hidden sort of thing too, all on my local ride too   

I think i will take a few years of mountain biking and we'll see if i get out on the ten after a bit of a lay off   

now i travel 40 miles to work aban is also too risky and yes you don't have to speed but i always do and it's best to take a break before i am forced to i reckon, of  courese it's still taxed, insured etc so i can ride if the mood takes me , albeit every spare minute is for mountain biking or resting from the previous days ride at the moment
