I was like that, I liked changing gears..... tiptronic is awesome... can still change manually if I want to.... can be lazy if I want....

sounds like a nice car if the price is right go for it.... though I still wouldn't get a non bmw main dealer service history...

A guy also rang me back about a V reg 328 Ci, 67k, leather, full service history & MOT's, but doesn't have multi-func steering wheel. Says he bought it for his son but the cops keep pulling him because he looks young... not sure about this one...

I've yet to hear someone say bad things about the 5 series - a very good sign.

It's a bit weird that loads of guys on here have beemers, I feel left out with my Passat and Focus  :crybaby2:  ..except when it comes to cheap servicing and MPG that is  [whistle]   [rofl] [rofl]

You feel left out?

I haven't even got  car

Sorry guys ! here's another - three good reasons to have a beemer, quality, style..... and you get automatic rights to the " outside lane club ! " ( bit like a 10 really ! )  [rofl]

mines no M series but its not bad, 02  325  + SE pack, auto ( +sport mode or manual )  all silver grey leather and stainless trim, multi-function stuff etc not too bad on juice 24 to 36 mpg... what more d ya wont !
