sounds like one of those people that you'd never want to live anywhere near to me 

Anyhow, why don't we just build more jails and then even more can be locked away   
- jail   -increasing numbers
- unemployed - increasingnumbers
- being processed by the system - your guess is as good as mine but there'smore to be fined for every day !
- Working for a living  - reducing
 
if you are in the select few working for a living how about a steady increase in income tax to pay for it all 


Maybe punishments for 'crime' should be to send people to work for a living rather than to lock them away
