I take it you mean the pinlock insert, I got it last year just after the helmet.  Works well in most situations but when the sun is low it can sneak in through top of the visor. 

But basically I dont' need to carry a spare visor when out just a spare insert which takes about 30 seconds to swap out.  The insert can even be carried under the pillion seat of the C6F.

Could do with instructions on how to clean the front vent which lets air in toward the visor itself if you have them.

yea tinted ones i take them out in the winter or at night



why...are they that bad you are ashamed to take them out in the day time?.....

majic the chin piece internal liner is removerble,take it out and unscerw the vent

Looked at it last night as I managed to download the manual for it but there's no mention on cleaning the vent on the chin piece, couldn't see anyway of removing it either.

Will look again later though.

just get some cotton buds and soapy water and give it a clean  :dontknow: that's how I clean my vents when I bother  :icon_thumright:
