ps are you having any clearance issues with your 08 arm and LHS heel plate?

mine keeps fouling and even trimmed some of the carbon off (gilles)

could move footrests forward but too uncomfortable (long legs and 6'1'')

been studying pics of 08's from LHS and looking at stock pegs and comparing where everything is relative to each other but can't really find any difference  on 04's and 08's looks like the fuel tank ends/seat starts at same place cause if you drop a line (perp) down from there it goes through the pair of footrest hanger bolts...

It is very close, whith the shock off, I cycled the swing arm and could get it to contact, but only further than the swingarm would travel. I am running Harris rear sets, so I don't know how close anything else would be.

mine cleared when cycled too or bouncing bike up and down on stand (was close but took a bit off heelplate anyway) but turned out enough flex in rearsets when riding for them to touch.

now that side of arm has lost paint and full of bootmarks lol 

touched up with a sharpie & tried a bit of ventureshield but that got shredded -

at moment have got a 04 frame sticker (where knees are) cut to size but thats still getting cut up too!

may have to strip it all bare like some have

I think I finished the carbon mods for now, basically all the original parts that were black plastic have been replaced with carbon.

Powerbronze tank sides are on the 04

Ram air covers and inner fairing panels on the 06
