Hey chaps, I am new to this forum and I just thought I would say hi and introduce myself. My name is Dave and I have been a fan of the ZX10r 1st model but never bothered to get one due to money, situation and colour options. I currently ride a Limited edition 2002 Aprilia Haga Rep number 150 of only 300 ever built. This bike is just about sold though. I had a test ride on the new R1 and I was gobsmacked, so I pick up my R1 next week in Tech 3 colours.
I have posted on the Germany ride out by mistake 1st and have been warned......sorry admin.
I know a lot of you guys are very quick in your ride outs, I hope you don't mind me tagging along now and again because it seems that a lot of the riders where I live at the moment ride like the old locals drive............slow.
I live in Devon which probably explains this better.
Keep it rubber side down guys, looking forward to meeting some of you on the Germany trip.

Hiya mate. Yeah I was hooked on the new R1 in black. Looks great but money and looks pushed me towards the 10r and I bleeding love it!!!!!!!!!!

welcome to the forum mate, and don't worry about dave, it wasnt a warning (altho it would have become one if you blanked him or called him a cock) it was more a friendly pointer to keep things streight :) he's a pussycat really  [rofl] [rofl]
