right I am going to think the best way to do this I will look at what I think can be move into what section and then try and condence then i will add 1 board for all things racing instead of doing one for wsb then bsb then club then moto gp .. it can all be in 1

  no way mate - most of the ex-paras/infantry I know are so fit in civvy street that its scary! I've just had a year off and have piled on the pounds, so am not at my best at the minute.

Tell you what I do struggle with though, is something for my obliques and middle back

for middle back isn't that a row??? correct me if I am wrong rowing does the depth of you back and pull downs the width this is what the big guys in our gym always said.....

oblique we either do a number of legs raises in a twist motion and sittups using a medicine ball or weight... or using the lat pulldown with the rope attachment and hold the rope behind head and pull head toward of side of body...

my back is pretty good but again I think I am the same getting the fat of my obliques is hard .. but my diet isn't strict at the moment

no seriously though Andy it should not of been unreachable... so can't understand why... I was seeing it find.... what internet provider do you company use I may be able to check your routes to check connectivity problems from them to us
