I can bench press the weight of my bike and I can dead lift more , I don't think I will be using that method  :dontknow:

I lifted my ZZR 600 countless times, I'm also pretty sure I could lift mine back.

Like I said I have benched 180KG before so 170kg zx10r is not a problem  :icon_thumright:

They weigh 200+ wet mate,you would need a few more weeabix to bench that :-P ;-)

Thats a massive weight to bench :headbang:

a bit confused, the guy could pick the bike up with his technique alone and the woman couldn't, so why did he have to help her to pick it up when he could have just done it himself more easily  :icon_scratch:         American's I don't know  [whistle]  [rofl] [rofl]

I can do 1 rep at 200KGs mate. I can dead lift 200kg 1 rep too , I am a gym pest what can I say.....  :icon_thumright:
