keep hearing cases like this all the time, like the one from the other week where a young girl who'd been texting while driving pulled into a bikers path and killed him. She got a poxy fine and a ban as well if I remember correctly.

Yet you can ride your bike over the speed limit perfectly safely, nobody gets hurt and no property gets damaged but you face the very real prospect of going to prison!!!
