I have two bikes...a 2007 ZX10r and a 2000 Duke 748.  I am 29, have 3 years NCB but have 3 points for Speeding on Motorway.

I am 30, 6 points, 3yr NCB and riding for 5 years.  No Claims in last 5 years.

Well...apparently its you age "at next birthday"....

And for me MAY 20th, I will be the big 30.  So for insurance purposes I am 30 and not 29?
