I work for Mini as a Team leader on a fully robotic press line,
The jobs not bad but as with all motor manufacturers times are hard at the mo  :-(

Working shortened weeks on full pay means loads of extra time for riding in the week when the roads are empty   :tongue3:

i work for a company call Franklin Hodge as a forman building water tanks for fire safty sprinkler systems. We work in pairs and travel all over the uk and europe, some times we get to go further like Russia, China, Japan, Far east, Africa any where but Oz and the USA.

The tanks we build are anything from 1m cube to 1400m cube (the biggest i've built). its an intresting job as i get to see the world and i'm on a different building site every 2 weeks ish.

Only another 23 weeks training to go, then when you've finished and joined your unit, you'll still be the FNG.....(Yankism)

Just bear with it Matt, it's not all bad.
