Looking at recooping bank charges , anyone done it ??

Capital one got back, egg are going to court but WILL settle before the date, they have on every case so far.

im doing it with a company that deals with these things no win on fee , is that how you did it?

Nope as they delay things and the banks play hard ball with them.

Jumped on it hard as soon as I found out about it.
There is still the stay on the bank charges but if you can show "hardship" the bank HAVE to deal with the claim.

There is no such thing with the creditcards as the ruling on them was a few years ago and they have to release the information and refund you by law.

Egg are fooked off big style as most of their pre-2005 agreements are useless.
