Spring is well on the way    so thought I'd better pull my finger out and finish my winter mod's.

started out with a colour change on the clocks.



..followed by a rear caliper change,









and a change of wheel colour,





Only time will tell if the white wheels were a good idea, Im liking them at the mo 

I've also fitted a puig d/b screen and some triumph 675 mirrors for a better rear view + some new 2CT's

It took me six weeks to design and make up the bracket, this was done during lunch breaks at work and many an evening in the garage,...this drove the Mrs up the wall. I think she's more happy its finished than i am

The main body of the bracket is 15mm alloy plate with a steel hanger manufactured to hold the caliper. the steel hanger is held in place by four M8 c/sunk stainless bolts.
The plate you can see on the underside of the swingarm is there to stop the caliper trying to rotate under braking, this has been welded in place  and bolted from the rear for extra strength...i really hope it stays where it is 

I had a lot of headaches along the way but Im pleased with the outcome

Nice work on the bracket. Be carefull with the stainless bolts though as you'll get a galvanic reaction against the alloy and you'll have strength issues.
Might of been better off having a larger bracket that fitted into the adjuster guide and into the oe anti-rotation bracket. Would've given you the "Works" look too.
Fair play for doing it at home though.

the 4 x M8 bolts screw into the steel carrier so these should be ok, the M6 bolts on the rear are only for additional strengthening, My weldings  pretty good so the anti-rotation plate would hold even without these additional M6 bolts.

The 15mm alloy plate i had was not big enougth in size for me to carry out the 'works look' hanger. maybe next time

Not sure about the 06 clocks, Im sure someone on here can help you out or you could try contacting this bloke http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/spacehopper321 who supplied my LED kit and instructions for around a tenner.
You must have a good quality fine tipped soldering iron {18w} and a steady hand!
