think its time for a change

really thinking of buying a 09 r1 or a k9 1000 dont know why but i cant get it out my head that i would be quicker on a different bike to my zx10..
think the time has come to try something new, anyone here know anyone with a new R1 i have a customer with one and he loves it but is it hype?

take one out on demo and find out for yea self before you sell up,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, [whistle]

id wait till next year, neither the R1 or the GSXR appeal to me, but next year you have the new zx10 or the bmw 1000 to choose from.

my mates got one and had r1's since they came out, he reckons it's not hype they really are that good. he p/x his 07 r1 for the 09 and also has a 05 r1 track bike and he reckons the 09 is a massive step forward in handling and engine.
he's just put 2 teeth on the back sprocket as he says the bike just does not feel fast, but i have followed him and it is really fast,especially out of bumpy corners and looks so easy to ride fast.

no point really me riding one on demo as im only interested in track use, think its gotta be the way to go

08/09 Blade Liam  :icon_thumright: another bike that lives up to the hype. Some dealers have them for 8k, Grafton motorcycles in Milton Keynes will do an 08 in red for that.

theres a few "in the know" peeps that have told me to get a blade for racing,and it does shame me say it but will be looking at 1 for next year  [whistle]
