Belated Newbie hello

Hello all. I've been browsing this forums for months, since I bought my '07 ZX10R last June. Thought I should finally say hello.

I've already used the helpful advice on this forum to replace the ugly rear reservoir with a neat ZX6R jobbie mounted behind the side panel, allowing me to junk the rear footpegs and all the other crap Kawasaki see fit to bolt on for some reason.

Other mods:
Carbon Akras - baffles, what baffles?
HEL braided hoses - I thought the red 'accessorized' the black nicely.
Brembo 19RCS Master Cylinder - essential mod. I can't believe the stock one is so bad!
Tail tidy & rear hugger

Wish list of future mods:
Some chrome stickers for the bellypan: Brembo, HEL, Bridgestone, etc
Carbon bits: Mudguard sides, side panels, fully enclosed bellypan. Are these hens teeth for the 06/07 model?

Thanks all.

I live in Southampton. Hopefully will take the 10 to Poole Quay in the summer on the odd Tuesday night, if any of you are in the area.

I keep the 10 looking nice by also having an ER6N to commute on in the winter. It was great fun in the snow recently...

Welcome mate  :occasion14:    Also in Southampton. Go to Poole Quay sometimes but ahve to watch out for plod to much too have fun.  If you are around wednesday evenings often go to Loomies/Alton Cafe, makes a good run :icon_thumright:

Thanks Shotgun - I'll bear that in mind when I am at a loose end on a Wednesday.

Out of interest, where do you get yours serviced? I have gone to Bournemouth Kawasaki since Southampton Kawasaki shut down, but it is a bit of a pain going that far. I was thinking of trying ADT Kawasaki in Shirley High Street. Maybe I'll try them with the ER6N first, before I trust them with the ZX10R...
