ICE = In Case of Emergecy
« on: February 08, 2009, 08:14:05 PM »

You might already know this but I didn't ..... if you save a contact in your phone as ICE the emergency services may look at your phone and use your ICE contact if your in a bad way. It's best if you put who they are too, eg. Parents, brother etc.

You can get ICE bands too at www.icebands.biz
One of the other forums I go on have arranged to have some with their logo on too .... might be a job for Glenn!
