Stolen bike rider killed in stoke on trent.

Sorry if I offend you but I can't stand the thieving scum, only people I feel sorry for is the owner of the bike, I've parked my bike up Hanley in exactly the same place as his, it's directly in a very busy part of town covered by CCTV.

In my opinion (not that its worth that much), theft should not be punishable by death........HOWEVER.... the scum that decide to steal vehicle, then attempt to drive/ride away know the possible consequences of their actions.

They deserve what they get.

Live by the sword - die by the sword

and so endeth todays sermon!!

He's got to take the consequences of his own actions.  Shame that he's left a little girl without a father, but, lets face it, he really should've known better.

Death...........Should never be wished upon anyone, good or bad...............

this site is a friendly place so lets keep it that way,,,,,,,,, :icon_thumright:

As for the gentlemen in question, yes it was wrong for him to steal, and by doing so put him self in the same place we all do each weekend, riding is always a risk,,,,,,,

and its a shame he died, as now he will not be available for prosecution ,and that is a shame.

Wise Words Bob mate.....your UN peacekeeping duties are their usual faultless quality ;-)  [clap]

Totally agree....death is final.  But torture....now thats last for ages!  Old Barn....Saline Drip.....Chair....Gaffer Tape...and some very blunt rusty razor blades!

In all seriousness....if a bike gets stolen, the insurance pays out, we go to a shop and buy another shiny bike.  Its not like they personally hurt you?!?  The fact, that for some, they don't get an insurance payout to match the mods/add ons etc that we've added.  Then sorry to say, but tough shit.  Insure it to reflect the added cost.  :icon_scratch:

Wishing death on is to be honest, imho a little out of order and not really a good example of somebody getting  justice served.  Must be lovely for us all to sit on our pedastals and give out opinions when most of us are far from exemplery.  [naughty]

Ooooo....can't you tell I'm all tired and tetchy after the gym  :boxing:

not exactly but you cant expect people to be sympathetic(apart from family and friends of course) when you act stupid and it goes wrong

 :iamwithstupid:

totally agree, to be honest if when they bury him his coffin catches fire i wouldnt so much as piss on it to put it out. i had 2 bikes stolen in 1yr, 1 off my own private property 1 off a friends private property, lost money on the claims and im still losing money because of the cost of my premiums as all of you are with the cost of your premiums too, the insurers get there money back somehow you can be sure of that, the more thefts they pay out on the higher cost of insurance for all.yeah ok so maybe i wouldnt physically kill him myself but if he nicked my bike and killed himself on it then he gets what he deserves imo, i have sympathy for the family but absolutely no sympathy for him.
