Listen do what you want! I too had a serious RTA in 98: smashed right legs (pins in Fema and Tib) broke my back, lost spleen, damaged Kidney and was in Coma for 5 days but hey back on feet in two weeks and year and a half later back on bike and never looked back. If its your Day then it your Day. Live life for the Now!!

i had a couple of friends killed in bike accidents on the road, totally put me of riding on the road, and seen the effect it had on family and friends, its not worth the risk to me.
But if you really want to do it you gotta go with it or it`ll do ya head in.

The time you have on this mortel coil isn't a practice run, life is for living as you only get one go
at it as far as i can make out.we all know that biking can be dangerous but its the risk you take
when you get on two wheels.only you can make the choice whether you ride again.but for me it's better to  regret the things you have done in life than regreting the ones that you haven't a bit of advice from
the old man just before he passed away.

tell you relatives you are glad you gave up the 10 and have something new to fill your life and show them this video that wheeltrax linked

http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=1778399&server=vimeo.com&show_title=1&show_byline=1&show_portrait=0&color

then sit back and watch how quick they decide you might want to think about getting a 10 again
