There is a link to the workshop manual on this site(in the tech section) but you have to post at least 35 posts to see it so get posting bud ;)

Yes im in North Derbyshire on the A628 so not far at all, will keep my eyes peeled for ride outs then  :icon_thumright:

surely the dealer can sort it though  :icon_scratch: I've not heard of this issue before...... I'm guessing that perhaps a mod like a Qa throttle was remoived and it wasn't out together correctly afterwards. I'm assuming that it had mods that were removed prior to sale perhaps and it's the reoval that has caused the issue

Its never been touched its a friends bike he is the 1st owner and its totally bog standard!, the dealer has looked at twice and has not been sorted (although they claim to have!).

Thanks to GRNINJA I have the shop manual so im going to check for fault codes and the the secondary butterflies as I think it is something like that, that is sticking/staying open, although im not too impressed if its this as the bikes only done 3K !

Will keep you updated, do I need to post my progress in a seperate thread in 'Techy section' as it isnt really relevant here ?
