Matris M05R (Racing Spec) Rear Shock
« on: January 04, 2009, 07:36:01 PM »

Hi Guy's
Have been offered a Matris M05r Race Rear shock.
Anybody know if any good.
Cheers Dave.

FEATURES:

Italian suspension experts Matris have launched a high specification, production shock absorber after years of developing prototype units in the cut and thrust world of the Italian Superbike Championships.

Matris  M05R (Racing Spec) Rear Shocks
Designed to compete with the highest quality aftermarket race shocks currently available, the  M05R rear shock absorber units feature 3 independent damping adjusters for compression (both high and low speed) and rebound. The high tensile alloy steel piston rod is titanium-nitride coated for less stiction and greater abrasion resistance. The shock itself is fully rebuildable.

All alloy parts are CNC machined from solid before being hard coated and assembled to produce a shock absorber that performs as well as it looks!

The Matris shock was purchased with  built in hydralic preload .

The M05R Racing Replica shock is the top of the range model with specific valving and piston developed for race use.
