The Definitive answer.
Red: Red light is low frequency, long wavelength light and is therefore a slow, lazy fucker so if your bike is red, paint it quick before that yellow digger overtakes you. (anything with candy ass red will struggle to move at all)
At the opposite end of the spectrum, we find blue.
Blue: Blue light is high frequency, short wavelength light  and in theory at least, should be faster than greased weasel shit off a shiny shovel. However, extensive research has shown that blue bikes are generally ridden by girls and gentlemen of a hairdressing persuasion and so never achieve their "blue" potential.

So, in conclusion, fook knows. But black looks so much better.

mmm not exactly, because of the stupid wave/particle duality of light it doesnt matter what the wavelength is it will still travel at the same speed i.e C unless it is passing through something other than a vacum.  The way i see it is that reflectability is far more important, again due to this particle/wave duality meaning that when its light the more your bike reflects the faster it will go hence the titanium being the clear winner. altho i gotta admit i do liek the look of the black just a shame its a CLITORUS colour
