Fingers crossed for the weather

Just had a look at the weather forecast for around my area and it says its staying well above freezing and isnt going to rain until next Tuesday  :hello2: mind you if I believe that ill believe anything, anyway I hope its the same for everyone and that we can all get out and have a decent ride  :icon_thumleft:

mly wife actually asked if i could et winter tires for my bike (she's tired of me crashing  [rofl] )

It's cold but ok around our way, 52 miles into work this morning on the R1, cruised at 90 for long stretches with the odd quick burst to get out of the spray.  Slowed to 85 for plod in a Volvo but he was busy with an Astra, the beauty of keeping the standard pipe on is it doesn't attract unwanted attention.

Know what you mean. Too much negativity here. You dont need 30 degrees and dry shellgrip to have fun. Im with you chap, get out and enjoy.  :hello2:

yeah get out you couple of tarts bloody fare weather riders lmao,i was just saying to a few mates of mine that we always used to be out even in the winter on our bikes but lately all its done is piss down,i cant wait to get on my 10 as soon as the roads dry up,it use to be great getting hit by all the salt stones from me mates in front just glad i never use to let them stay there that long  :icon_thumleft:

I with you both there - as long as it's dry(ish) and above about 7 degrees C you're good to go i reckon.  :icon_thumright:

mines in bits again....but would av been up for a blast .... really need to get out on it....been too long..

any1 up for a blast inbetween xmas and new year....

thats if can still get in leathers after all the mince pies  :emb:

not far from me then....half hr 40 mins up the a5

i'm in hinckley....bassetts pole prob a good mid point

will try and get out between xmas and new year
