For comfort AND a bit of sportiness, I dont think you can do much better than a gsxr 1000. Rode a K1 to Mugello and back, 3000 mile round trip, in a week and was comfy as you like and im definitely not as young as i used to be.

My K3 gixxer thou is my sports tourer, france/spain trip this year was 2500 miles and no aches and pains and I'm just shy of 6'2" and 19 half stone, surprisingly roomy and still capable of playing on the twisties. Mind you of the bikes you mention I'd go ZZR but it is a long bike and corners need a bit more prep, the Blckbird I just hate because of the brakes (linked crap) and the front end (too vague for my style) but the egine is awesome. I did rule out a zx10 last year because it doesn't have enough protection from the elements and position too extreme.

Good luck
