Thanks for the comment!!  :icon_thumright:
The discs are ZX9R fitment....310mm i think. The 10R calipers are spaced out to allow for the bigger discs!!

Hi Guys

the spacer system on the Braking wheels is same as Macheshini/dymag

wheel bearings are about 35mm bore and spacers are shouldered so stay semi captive

the bonus is they will fit just about anything that has std front disc spacing (GSXR/ZX/R1 etc) as long as you make up the correct spacers.

front should be straight swap as i have ZX6R C2 (2006) forks which are identical to ZX10R C/D fork spacing wise (25mm spindle)

rear has a 220mm disk same as ZX6/ZX7/ZX9/ZX10

rear sprocket is 42T 525 pitch Bronze coloured Alloy with hardened teeth (think it's by SunStar) same as Ducati.
Blue ProBolt Sprocket Nuts fitted (in good nick)

Anyway info might help  ;-)

Also have the forks for sale but not sure when i can post items in the For Sale area or if i can even see the full thing yet :emb:

Regards
Rick

Hi Yogi

I might have a spare ZX6R 25mm spindle & tube nut in my drawers (Ooeer!)

spindle ends on ZX6/9 (hole in fork bottoms to locate spindle are 32mm if that helps? (same as 04 ZX10R from what i can tell)

Regards
Rick

Edit:........... found spindle mate (also have spacer rings to suit ZX10R/ZX6R forks (2.5mm thick)
guessing you have removed the REX clockwork speedo drive???

Just change the bearings as the 06/07 uses. Liam knows the sizes.

Hi Hammy

He won't need to change bearings as my wheels are 25mm set already

he just needs spindle which i can chuck in anyway  :icon_thumright:
just needs to take spacers off calipers as the Braking wavey will work better than the Armstrongs even though they are 10mm smaller.
(Braking use Brembo High Iron content for much higher friction)

they are odd

wheels are branded "Braking" but manufactured by Oz/Brembo (both names stamped on wheels)

He will as the 04/05 zx10r forks are 20mm spindle size - not 25mm like the 06/07.

Hi Hammy ;-)

I know where your coming from but bear with me.

If he has my wheels with the ZX6R spindle he doesn't need bearings.

where the spindle on the 04 10R fork bottoms it's 32mm bore (not the part that goes through the wheel bearings) but the ends of the spindle shoulders where they clamp into the forks

so with the spindle they will fit fine.

See where i am coming from ?

If he wanted to fit 06-09 ZX10R wheels then,,,,,,yes he would need to change bearings.

but my wheel is complete with the spindle he needs

I think that makes sense ??? :emb:
