ebay problem
« on: December 09, 2008, 11:11:57 AM »

I sold some motorcycle fork seals through my ebay shop,
a few days later i receive an email from the customer saying

"wrong seals so refund" nothing else just that!

also he opened a dispute with paypal so i replied "please send seals back and i will refund including postage"

so the seals came back toady covered in dirt and without the original packaging , theres no way i can do anything with these seals as they now look second hand! there only fit for the bin.

Any one know the laws do i have to refund him? TBH i would`nt normally mind but as he`s been so rude and set seals back covered in shit i cant help but think fuck him.

many thanks 24-7racebikebitz

Remember a bad reputation is much easier to get than a good one ....

He maybe a weapons grade cock, refer him to your T&C's which state that original packaging must be returned else you'll part refund accordingly.

If its for a few quid think carefully about it -- move on and refund the guy.  Some battles just aren't worth it - put it down against the cost of doing business with some proper tards that are out there..

If they were not the seals he asked for then i think you would have to refund him. If they were wrong cos he asked for the wrong seals, then fuck him. That said, is it worth the aggro over the cost of a set of fork seals?
Life is full of dickheads, dont let them get you down!

if you have got pictures of how you sent them out then don't give the fucker his money back, He will likely give a negative review anyway, If he reports to paypal/ebay etc you just point out that you sent him new seals and he obviously sent you the old ones that he replaced back and tell him to fuck off, any negative review will then be removed by ebay.
