Engineers have doubled the efficiency of piezoelectric devices that harvest energy from movement and vibration.

The trick lies purely in the size of the devices: a narrow range of thicknesses around 5,000 times thinner than a human hair.

all they have to do is make the fairing out of it then stick an electric motor in to assist the engine, with all the vibes the 10 creates it will be unstoppable

that sounds about right, imagine how fast you would be going over cobbles, thinking about it theres gonna be loads of power tappable if you build it into the suspension, tires, wheels etc

the only thing they have to do now is work out how to change heat directly to electricity then the exhaust, etc can be utilised, no radiator or cooling liquid will be required lightening the bike significantly too

edit - turns out they are masking the heat conversion thing
