With it being that time of year, which,  if any,  autobiographies  (and bike related books) have people read that they think are good or bad ?

Foggy book was awful

Rossi was ok but a little boring really

Sheene book was quite good


Sonny Barger book is a realy good read and you are welcome to borrow it

+1 Fab read.

Not really biography's but stunning reads:

High Exposure - David Brearshears (Human endeavour at its extreme)
Into Thin Air - John Karakauer (Human endeavour at its extreme)
Its not about the bike - Lance Armstrong (Biog)  - Dont ever tell me your having a bad day!
Inside Intel - Tim Jackson (Did they really get aways with this in the early days of Semi Conduction design/development!!)

You lent me the Foggy and Sonny Barger ones when I had some spare time on my hand a few years ago.  Agree about the Foggy one.

just got a copy of jamie whitams biography from the bike show

really like jamie...top bloke and a good laugh so looking forward to that 1

I've read most of the racers biographies, for me it would have to be Chris Walkers and Jamie Whitams

Chris Walkers is prob my favourite and funniest

Toselands is a real good one and really makes you appreciate the hard time he had as a kid.

Whitams was good but to honest was not as funny as I expected.

I planned a trip to the south pole on a bike after reading it!!!!!!!!!!!
Get along to one of his lectures if you can also...this bloke is a real inspiration.
