« on: November 29, 2008, 07:27:36 PM »

As you are all aware i am an instructor for my local martial atres club?mon numerous of titles and fights over the years but to date the hardest test i've ever done? (bare in mind i was in the military for 6 years too)
is i just well i hope i  just passed my blckbelt 1st dan ? all in all ove 700 pressups, bupees, squat stars, squat thrust's and alternated squats plus heavy bag ,line work sparing wich felt like an eternaty and other stuff?

so know i can hold my head up and say i am part of the elite GBMAA fighting squad, :boxing: :hello2:

just sat down as didn't finish till 1700 and started at 1030am  had a big ass chinese to celebrate (duck in blackbean suase, with egg fried rice)
but have and i suspect will suffer with the cramps tonight?

my wife says you don't know hell, she was in full labour for 60 hours, 48 of those without painkillers (unless you count 2 paracetamol they gave her when she asked for some sort of pain killer)
