Card has been cloned and have rinse 1300 quid worth of my money .... and the bank are being C**TS about it..... they can only do something about the first 430 quid and thats being clawed back within 4 days

the rest I have to wait cause they are ear marked payments .... I have to call back and wait for them to come out before I can claw the money back which will be more time.... I have bills coming out and have not got a penny to my name .... and having to go to the hospital every night to see my other half with no money is interesting grrrrrrr


I don't want money before people offer but thanks anyway....... just a bit of a rant thanks for listening  :cry: :mad:

was it with your credit or debit card????

I had a flatmate that took advantage of this when his switch card was stolen, they are unable to block switch cards and if the person keeps below 100 pounds it will never register as stolen at the till, his new card was delivered he said it never arrived and started getting cash back with it at tills and just got the bank to keep re-embursing them

bloody hell this is awful, dont use debit cards they are really bad news...and you have little or no protection when using them...but bloody hell didnt know it was getting so bad...

Then he's just as big a tlhief as the card cloners? I hope you put him straight. Why is it people see bike thieves as contemptible scum yet don't mind other forms of theft?

Sorry to hear this G, as if you don't have enough problems!!! Hope the other half is on the mend, thats the most important thing. A real pisser though and lets hope it gets resolved quickly.

was there any obvious things whre they spent the money so you can track them down somewhat??? jsut find a place with cctv and ask them for the date and time the money was taken
