if its all online stuff is it stuff that has to be delivered then you can call the compaqny and ask where?? afterall you have the credit card details

all companies should have to deliver to the card registration address alone to control this, no doubt the tiems will have been delivered to an unoccupied address and will then be collected from a courier depot albeit they seem to be quite strict with proof of ID at the depots now so you might find that the goods haven't been sucessfully delivered with any luck

Sorry i can't agree with this one, i quite regularly buy stuff online and have it delivered to my mum or dads house, but they are supposed to have the correct billing address as a check i though. as fot the unoccupied then yoe they definately need to got o the depot

but that's exactly how the easy fraud is done. Yes, I have the same issue in that there's not always someone at home but I just collect items from the depot or they are left with a neighbour. These scumbags take advantage of this option which I still feel needs to be tightened whereby , then if they copied a card they couldn't buy all this stuff online
